What this token is: a tokenized wrapper issued on Robinhood Chain that tracks SPDR S&P 500 ETF ETF shares. It is not the share itself, and it is unavailable to US persons.

Prices: the market price is the geometric mid of a validated two-sided $1,000 executable quote (bid/ask/spread shown above); it is rejected when one-sided, older than 120 seconds, wider than 500 bps, or diverging more than 25% from the reference. The Chainlink feed is a token reference price that already includes the corporate-action multiplier — Arrow never reapplies it and never presents it as a tradable market price. Premium/discount compares the executable mid with a healthy token reference only.
