What can US users access?
The honest answer: less than the homepage makes it look like anywhere else.
Robinhood Stock Tokens are not available to US persons. That's an issuer restriction, not an Arrow policy — and it doesn't change if the tokens are wrapped, bridged, or bought on a DEX.
What US users can do
Read everything. Arrow is informational and available anywhere: prices, gaps, yields, and explorer data are public information. US users can also hold and use ETH and certain stablecoins on Robinhood Chain subject to the usual rules.
What US users should not do
Acquire Stock Tokens through secondary venues to get around the restriction. Circumventing issuer geoblocking can violate the token terms and securities law.
Yield products
Availability of USDG lending varies by jurisdiction and by the front end you use. Arrow shows the rate math but doesn't take deposits from anyone, anywhere.
